Welcome to Kindergarten!
This will be an exciting year for all of us. Academic and Social Development will be the center of our curriculum. We will be working on Reading, Writing, and Math skills, as well as getting along with others, working in groups, being responsible for one’s own behavior, and taking care of property.
Our weekly schedule is very busy — PLEASE check your child’s folder every day! Thank You!
We will have Show and Share on Fridays. Your child may bring something special to share with the class on this day. The “special something” should fit in your child’s book bag and not be “alive” (ex. bugs/snakes) - Toys are not allowed on other days.
Each month a snack calendar will be sent home. Your help is appreciated. If you are unable to send “something” on your day, please let us know. Snack milk, juice, or water will cost extra and is the responsibility of each parent/guardian.
